Shipments, Returns, Exchanges And Damaged Goods Policies
Shipping Policy:
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns:
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within five days of receipt of order (see damage claims below).
Any errors on our part will be corrected at our expense.
All other returns will be be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Northwest Art Glass will not accept any returns without prior approval.
All glass, lead, zinc, book, closeout and special order sales are final.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days.
Your return must be in sellable condition. Open and/or used merchandise cannot be returned.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and refund issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
All exchange orders are processed separately as a new order.
If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or need to make an exchange, please call 1-800-888-9444 or email us at sales@nwartglass.com prior to returning the item.
Damage Claims:
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within five days of receipt of order. Any errors on our part will be corrected at our expense. Once the shipment has left our store, liability falls into the hands of the carrier. Carefully inspect all cartons upon arrival. Any signs of visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver. If damage is suspected, open carton in the presence of the driver. If damage is present, call the freight company immediately and request an inspection. Do not unpack. Keep all items and packing materials in original container until inspector arrives.
Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment has been received, cancellations are subject to a 5% fee.
Return Exclusions:
All glass, lead, zinc, book, closeout and special order sales are final.
