Payment in full for tuition and materials is required to register for any class. Materials are included in the tuition unless there is a separate materials fee listed in the course description. Class registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your seat in a class is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

If you cancel your class more than 30 days before the start date, we will give you a refund for the tuition minus a $35.00 processing fee and all material fees will be refunded in full.

If you cancel within fewer than 30 days of the start of the class, a refund of tuition minus the $35.00 processing fee will be made only if we are able to fill your place in the class. All material fees will be refunded in full. No refund will be made if we are unable to fill your place in the class.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not meet the minimum enrollment for a class. Students will be notified by phone and/or email and we will issue a full refund within 30 days. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of travel related costs or fees due to the cancellation of a class.
